Refund Policy

All of our products are offered as "try-before-you-buy" software. Free trial versions are available for download on our website, allowing you to fully evaluate the product's features and compatibility with your system before making a purchase decision.

Because orders are processed automatically and registration codes are issued instantly, once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled, and the license code cannot be deactivated.

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund will only be considered if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • You've cooperated with our support team.
  • A verifiable product issue is confirmed by both parties.
  • You agree to cover the payment processing fee involved.

Valid Refund Scenarios

We will issue a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Reproducible Software Bug:
    A confirmed error that cannot be resolved or temporarily fixed within a reasonable timeframe. You may be asked to provide system details, error descriptions, or screenshots.
  2. Hardware Incompatibility:
    If the product is incompatible with your system and no resolution can be provided. (We strongly encourage testing the trial version before purchase.)
  3. Duplicate Purchase:
    Multiple identical orders made by mistake (e.g. same product and account info).

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect product purchased by mistake.
  2. Entering an incorrect email address and repurchasing the product as a result.
  3. Vague refund requests with no specific reason (e.g. "uninstalled," "no longer needed," etc.).
  4. Requests based on features that were never advertised or promised.
  5. Requests made over 30 days from the date of purchase (excluding the time spent resolving technical issues).
  6. Refusal to provide any technical details or support cooperation when facing product issues.

After Refund is Issued

Once your refund is approved and processed:

  • Please uninstall the software and remove all related files from your device.
